MR Membrane Modules

Mairui supplies MRN nitrogen, MRO oxygen enrichment, MRB CO₂ separation and MRD dehydration membrane modules. We also design the pretreatment, membrane trains and controls required for complete packaged systems.

A pressure difference drives mixed gas through hollow fibers. Fast gases cross the membrane wall first, while slower gases remain on the high-pressure side. Membrane chemistry, pressure, temperature and flow determine product purity and recovery.

MR modules lead to membrane packages, filtration, drying and integration, with PSA retained as a separate product line.

A membrane module is one part of the process. A complete package may also require compression, filtration, drying, temperature control, valves, gas analysis and PLC controls. Mairui defines those boundaries from feed quality and product specifications, then states the supply scope and site interfaces in the proposal.
